Alphamarque was founded in 1990 as a private company. Its mission statement is to create a retail network of shops and mobile showrooms to sell thousands of products that will help with easier living for those people who may be elderly or disabled. At the present time there are shops in St Albans and in Colchester Town Centre, Essex as well as mobile showrooms covering London North , Hertfordshire , Essex , Middlesex , Buckinghamshire and parts of Cambridgeshire and Suffolk .
