Under the New General Data Protection Regulations starting on 25th May 2018, Alphamarque Associates Limited need to make you aware of the following:
When you purchase from Alphamarque, we only hold your details on our paper copy receipts for the purpose of VAT exemption, fulfilling your orders and for product warranty purposes. We do not hold your information electronically.
If you have purchased a scooter or powerchair from us, we should like to contact you one year after purchase to offer you an annual service with our team of engineers if required.
If you would not like us to contact you by letter in regards to your annual scooter service a year after purchase please email sales@alphamarque.com with your name and the statement ‘I do not want you to contact me in 1 years time’.
